Mr Muzi Khumalo, our managing member owns 50% equity prior to his involvement with New Height, Mr Khumalo worked as business improvement Manager for a diversified resources company, Exxaro. In this portfolio Mr Khumalo rendered services as a business improvement Manager and managed the analysis of business processes and the implementation of improvement projects. Prior to this he was employed by Sasol Mining division as Communication Officer responsible for continuous improvement communication. This was before he joined Eyesizwe as Communication manager. He was managing communication for Eyesizwe Coal during merger with Kumba Resources that resulted in the formation of Exxaro Resources. Mr Khumalo has completed his Management Development Programme with Stellenbosch University. He also completed his Advanced Project Management Qualification with the University of Pretoria. He holds an advanced Diploma in Project Management and a Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management with Cranefield College of programme and Project Management. He has worked with major consulting companies in different Business Optimization and engineering Projects. These are companies like, Mac Kinsey and Company, Delloitte Consulting, MAC Consulting and Partners in Performance (PIP International). Since he became involved with New Heights on full time basis, he has managed several Civil Engineering projects of different kinds and sizes. Mr Khumalo has a vast experience in the mining and civil construction industry and business in general, which is valuable to the New Height business.

Mr Mandla Dlamini a non- executive member of the business is constantly assisting the business in managing and organising other odd jobs that are to be carried out from time to time. He currently holds 40% of the business

Mr Thembinkosi Khumalo is a General Manager responsible for day-to-day management of the business. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Management. He has previously worked for numerous service providers in the Mining industry as a sit Manager.

Mr David Wildey our Marketing and Steel Manufacturing executive has a vast experience in the steel manufacturing field. He renders his expertise to the company and complements business growth.

Ms Nokuthula Malaza a non- executive member. She holds 10% of the business equity.
